Opps is a training and consultancy company. We offer services to businesses in a wide range of sectors.
We plan our training to meet your needs in the most effective way, through courses, workshops, coaching or through elearning. We offer accredited and non accredited training ranging from Leadership and Management to NVQ’s.
Our consultants have worked for successful organisations at senior levels. Our objective is to use that experience to provide innovative solutions that improve the operations of your business.
We offer training on a wide range of Leadership and Management and Management Development issues. Training can be to large or small groups or one to one. Our trainers bring to your training practical experience of running and managing businesses.
We deliver accredited training through National Vocational Qualifications. We provide level 2, 3 and 4 NVQ’s on a range of subjects including hospitality, health and social care, retail, customer service, team leading and business administration. Funding may be available for level 2 NVQ’s.
We offer consultancy on business and IT issues, including strategic development, business planning, human resources and software development. We also provide project management services including outsourcing.
